The PV2R3 Series high pressure, low noise Single Stage Vane Pumps are designed to operate at pressures up to and including 21 MPa and deliver efficient, reliable, and consistent operation. The PV2R3 Series has a very large range of nominal displacements; for a single unit, typical nominal displacement ranges from 76 ml/revolution to 116 ml/revolution (with some specifications covering an even greater range of 52 ml/revolution to 153 ml/revolution). Therefore, they cover the full range of flow requirements for hydraulic systems. The PV2R3 Series has a compact design and can be used with two different types of mounting (mounting plate or base). The PV2R3 Series is widely used in machine tools, plastic processing equipment (e.g., injection molding machines), press equipment, and many types of construction equipment.

1. Equipment for molding and processing rubber and plastics: The PV2R3 pump supplies high-pressure and stable power to the clamping, injection and ejection of molds in injection molding machines. This is achieved with much quieter operation than traditionally found with hydraulic pumps resulting in better work conditions.
2. Metal forming and stamping equipment: Many machines such as stamping presses, bending machines and punching machines require very rapid delivery of very high-pressure hydraulic fluid. The PV2R3 pump will be able to repeatedly withstand pulsating high pressure up to 21,000 kPa with excellent volumetric efficiency and therefore produce accurate metal processing.
3. Marine hydraulic systems; Construction machinery: The PV2R3 pump is the primary hydraulic power source for the auxiliary hydraulic systems of mid-sized construction machines through to power support for hydraulic steering gears and cargo winches on marine vessels. The PV2R3 demonstrates a high level of tolerance to contamination/impurities in hydraulic fluids allowing for many years of continuous stable operation under high load, long duration conditions.
