The 4535V Double Vane Pump is able to produce a maximum of 172 bars of hydraulic pressure. It has two cartridges (the 45V and 35V) that can deliver an extremely high flow of fluid. The 4535V over standard hydraulic pumps are as follows:
1. High Maintainability: Because of the two-cartridge design, and unlike standard fixed displacement vane pumps, there’s no need for disassembly of housing and/or hydraulic tubes to rebuild the unit during maintenance. Rebuilding can be accomplished in a few minutes, simply by changing out the cartridges.
2. Long Service Life due to “Vane-in-Vane” Technology: The “vane-in-vane” design greatly reduces friction caused by high-pressure operation compared to either gear-type or standard vane pumps, resulting in an extended service interval.
3. High Flow and Quiet Operation: The performance of the 4535V is also quiet; it has a noise reduction capability that greatly exceeds that of piston-type pumps that have similar performance specifications.

3.Die Casting and Metal Processing Equipment: Its design allows for quick maintenance by replacing the cartridge without removing any hydraulic lines, minimizing losses due to downtime in large mass production.
