<p>Bơm cánh gạt đơn dòng T6C là bơm thủy lực hiệu suất cao của Denison. <h2>Ghi chú</h2>
<p>1. Trước khi khởi động bơm đơn T6C, người ta phải đổ một ít dầu thủy lực sạch vào thân bơm và đổ đầy.<br />
2. Kiểm tra xem hướng quay của bơm cánh đơn có nhất quán với mũi tên hướng quay được chỉ định bởi động cơ hay không.<br />
3. Trong quá trình khởi động bơm thủy lực lần đầu tiên hoặc sau thời gian dài dừng máy, đôi khi có thể khó hấp thụ dầu cho bơm thủy lực. Do đó, nên lắp van xả ở đầu ra của bơm hoặc nới lỏng mối nối ống xả dầu để xả hết không khí. Nên thử khởi động ở điều kiện không tải.<br />
4. Không khí trộn lẫn trong bơm và đường ống sẽ gây ra tiếng ồn và rung động. Do đó, họ nên khởi động và dừng bơm không tải nhiều lần để xả khí.<br />
5. Đối với bơm dầu có truyền động bằng động cơ servo, trước tiên nên chọn tốc độ thấp cho động cơ (chế độ áp suất được chuyển sang chế độ tốc độ) từ trình điều khiển servo và chạy động cơ ở tốc độ thấp trong khoảng 3-5 phút để xả hết không khí và sau đó có thể chuyển lại tốc độ bình thường sau khi bơm dầu kêu bình thường.</p>

The vane pump adopts a double-vane structure design, with a main pump cartridge displacement of 42cc/rev (B42) and a secondary pump cartridge displacement of 31cc/rev (B31).
