<p>The DVQ20 is a very efficient vane pump with a double-vane layout, mainly used for mobile machinery and construction equipment.<br />
1. It uses a hydraulically balanced double-vane arrangement that significantly lowers pressure on the stator; its nominal pressure reaches 21 MPa, with a maximum pressure capability of 26 MPa.<br />
2. The DVQ20 pump boasts a highly efficient layout which results in very quiet operation and hardly any output pulsation, thus greatly enhancing the working environment.<br />
3. Thanks to the floating side plate arrangement, this pump automatically adjusts wear-related clearances so that even at high rotational speeds, it maintains high volumetric efficiency.<br />
4. The side plates are made of a flexible bi-metallic material that is highly resistant to seizing, while major components are made from high-speed tool steel, which makes them highly resistant to contamination.</p>

<h2>Aplicativo</h2>
<p>1. The DVQ20 hydraulic pump is used in refuse compactors, street sweepers, large and small forklifts and for small cranes due to its shock absorbing capabilities; high-pressure tolerance; and ability to endure frequent starting and stopping of operation, and is subjected to various weight loads in an outdoor environment.<br />
2. The hydraulic power unit on plate shears, bending machines and CNC mills utilizes the DVQ20 due to the low flow pulsation of hydraulic actuators resulting in smooth, stable operation and increasing the precision of manufactured parts.<br />
3. Bimetallic side plates, produced from high-speed tool steel, on the DVQ20 provide a reduction in wear life, longer operational life and the DVQ20 can still maintain high volumetric efficiencies due to small amounts of contamination within the hydraulic fluid.<br />
4. The flexible design of the DVQ20 unit allows for many combinations of shaft end types (keyed, splined, etc.) and location of suction and discharge ports greatly affect the design of the unit by the OEM.</p>

&#8211; Double combination: Vane pump is composed of 025 and 017 displacement pump cartridges, and can provide a variety of flow combinations on demand; the 12-vane design makes the flow pulsation small, the output stable, and adaptable to different working conditions.<br />

<h2>Installation</h2>
<p>&#8211;  Cleaning inspection: Clean the installation surface and pipelines thoroughly to ensure that there are no impurities such as oil stains and iron filings. Check whether the various parts of the pump body are intact and whether the vanes of the hydraulic pump are flexible.<br />
&#8211; Installation direction: Determine the inlet and outlet position according to the design requirements to ensure that the installation combination of the double vane pump (32 optional) matches the system.<br />
&#8211; Oil selection: Use hydraulic oil that meets the specifications, and the viscosity and cleanliness must meet the standards. Filter the oil according to the requirements of the manual to avoid contamination and wear of the vane pump vanes.<br />
&#8211; Direction and speed: Confirm that the motor direction is consistent with the hydraulic pump logo, and the speed is controlled within the range of 600-2800 rpm. Preheat the oil when starting at low temperature to prevent jamming.<br />
&#8211; Initial start: Fill the vane pump with hydraulic oil before starting, drain the air in the pipeline, run at low speed for 5-10 minutes, check for abnormal noise, leakage or overheating, and gradually increase the pressure after the hydraulic system stabilizes.</p>
