The DVQ20 is a very efficient vane pump with a double-vane layout, mainly used for mobile machinery and construction equipment.
1. It uses a hydraulically balanced double-vane arrangement that significantly lowers pressure on the stator; its nominal pressure reaches 21 MPa, with a maximum pressure capability of 26 MPa.
2. The DVQ20 pump boasts a highly efficient layout which results in very quiet operation and hardly any output pulsation, thus greatly enhancing the working environment.
3. Thanks to the floating side plate arrangement, this pump automatically adjusts wear-related clearances so that even at high rotational speeds, it maintains high volumetric efficiency.

1. 3. Bimetallic side plates, produced from high-speed tool steel, on the DVQ20 provide a reduction in wear life, longer operational life and the DVQ20 can still maintain high volumetric efficiencies due to small amounts of contamination within the hydraulic fluid.
