25V is the benchmark for industrial-grade vane pumps. It mainly focuses on parent-child blade technology allowing the pump to provide a high pressure of up to 172bar and a very long life by lowering the friction between the blades and the stator.
Among its advantages are:
1. Movement Design: An independent movement containing all the internal components was created, which even allows quick maintenance of the pump without dismantling it, which is really efficient in terms of maintenance compared to other similar pumps.
2. Superior Quietness: the pulsation of the 12-vane structure is so low that it is less noisy than traditional vane pumps.
3. Good compatibility: It will still hold a high volumetric efficiency even at high speed and high pressure, plus its reliability is much better that it of regular vane pumps.

Application

The 25V single vane pump boasts features of exceptional high-pressure resistance, low noise, and easy maintenance (moving structure). Its major application areas are as follows:
1. Injection molding machinery: A consistent high-pressure supply is necessary during the mold closing and high-pressure injection phases. The 25V primary and secondary blade layout can simultaneously provide continuous high-voltage output with minimal wear. Besides, its low noise feature can remarkably raise the factory work environment comfort level.
2. Die-casting and pressure machinery: Such equipment is most of the time run continuously and the working conditions are quite tough. The 25V moving design makes it possible to replace wearing parts swiftly without disconnecting the pump body from the pipeline, thus reducing downtime-related production losses to a minimum.
3. Metal cutting machine tools and automated production lines: To maintain the processing precision, machine tools need an extremely stable flow of output. The flow pulsation of 25V is so low that it guarantees the smoothness of the actuating element movement. Also, its high volumetric efficiency contributes to lowering the energy consumption of the entire system.
