<p>The 4535V Double Vane Pump is able to produce a maximum of 172 bars of hydraulic pressure. It has two cartridges (the 45V and 35V) that can deliver an extremely high flow of fluid. The 4535V over standard hydraulic pumps are as follows:<br />

High Maintainability: Because of the two-cartridge design, and unlike standard fixed displacement vane pumps, there&#8217;s no need for disassembly of housing and/or hydraulic tubes to rebuild the unit during maintenance. <p>The DVQ20 is a very efficient vane pump with a double-vane layout, mainly used for mobile machinery and construction equipment.<br />
1. It uses a hydraulically balanced double-vane arrangement that significantly lowers pressure on the stator; its nominal pressure reaches 21 MPa, with a maximum pressure capability of 26 MPa.<br />
2. The DVQ20 pump boasts a highly efficient layout which results in very quiet operation and hardly any output pulsation, thus greatly enhancing the working environment.<br />
